2. Account, service and technical data
We process account and authentication data (including e-mail, profile data, session/authentication and device identifiers), technical service metadata such as machine identifiers, connection status, platform/version, timestamps and security logs, and information submitted through contact or feedback forms.
3. Payments and PRO purchases
For a PRO purchase we process account/order identifiers, amount, currency, payment status, timestamps and accepted Terms version. Electronic payments are processed by PayU S.A.; payment-instrument data is handled by PayU under its own legal obligations.
4. Analytics and cookies
Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity are loaded only after optional analytics consent. Necessary account, security and checkout cookies/sessions may operate without analytics consent because they are required to provide the requested functionality.
5. Legal bases and recipients
Depending on purpose, processing relies on GDPR Article 6(1)(b), 6(1)(c), 6(1)(f), or consent under 6(1)(a). Data may be handled by hosting, e-mail, authentication, analytics and payment providers, including PayU and, depending on the chosen sign-in method, Google or Microsoft.

Account and payment records are kept for as long as required for the service, security, contractual/legal obligations and claims. Payment/accounting records may remain after account deletion where required by law.
